lights wiring harness

I have a 1960 140 that's been converted to 12v, it was switched over from 6v before I bought it two months ago. Can I simply put 12v bulbs in the light assemblies or do I need to get a whole new set of 12v lights and a new 12v wiring harness? I also need a complete left front head light assembly, any ideas where I can purchase it?
