You can take off the gov housing carefully then get someone to bore out that hole and install a brass bushing and check the holes where the gov spring goes and its tension. Ihave done a bunch of them they will send them to me and i go thru tham and send them back. Seems like i always get a response that the tractor hans never ran that wiell. You have set the linkage correct from the gov to the carb now you need the housinf redone. You can call me if you would like 319-430-3907
