Our 1066 will walk away with a 12 foot JD 1600 chisel with twisted shanks. Of course there are the situations where we've been pulling in corn & beans across a headland & the ground gets pretty tight. Then you shift down & lighten up a bit on the depth & make 2 passes. I plowed up a headland this fall that had had loads pulled across it when it was wet, & was down in low 2 & the front end was off the ground half the time. This was with a 710 with 5- 18's. You just have to slow up a gear in tough spots.
