I finally got around to pulling the leaking brake seal today. I used a drywall screw and a slide hammer. There were two of the newer style of seals. They pulled out easily with the slide hammer, but as you may be able to see in the attached pic, my screw went through both seals and poked a hole in the part behind the seals. (no damage to the bearing itself) Will this be a simple pull out and replace, or is this part of the bearing retainer cage? Any advice is appreciated, as always.
