Swap the terminals on the battery, Swap the wires on your coil, swap the wires on the ammeter (unless you don't mind it reading backwards), and repolorize your regulator. I think that covers it, if not, someone will correct me. As the other answer says...why change? If it works better with a negative ground, the differences will no doubt be small...its your tractor, ground it any way you like...
