sorry about the food comment.. i was just so happy to get that thing off that i felt like a 'treat' see.. 51 weeks ago i was right at my first heart attack. took me 3 months to recover, and now I've had to turn into a health nut. watch my fat intake.. watch my callories.. lost some weight.. took alot out of me.. dropped to 125# and I'm 5'4"
I don't have the strength I used to have to wrangle on these tractors, so that's why I tackled this 'lil' one and not another larger trike like a ford 900/901
I exercise 30m a day.. even if it is just 3 laps around the neighborhood on the bike, or a 1 lap walking.
red meat is a treat for me.. so it was one of those special thoughts / moments :)
