IH sold the 946 and 1046 tractors here in the UK and the were a very successful tractor. I worked for a IH dealer as a salesman at the time and had great times selling thies tractors. Sold a 946 in 1975 to a farmer and it got sold in his sale when he retired in 1992. I found this tractor working at a plow day last month and drove it again with a 4 bottom turnover plow and it brought back memories of the 1970s MJ
