OK I just got done.... I'm guessing the stop band is shot... the front adjusting screw in or out does not change anything lever on middle or pushed ahead in the stopped spot ... I still can turn shaft with wrench and turn the motor over. Now the screw away from the tractor. With the lever in the middle, if you turn the shaft it still turns the motor over. if you put the lever in the on location the shaft will stop when using the wrench.... so what should I do next? I tryed to locate 300 PTO info can you give me a date? Thanks for your help... I would like to crab alittle about this perfect tractor but it will not help anything... Thanks again JimmyW
