Does his block have a void half round place behind the filter where the block bolts to the bell housing. That void is where the starter bolted to on the power plant engines called U-2 by IH Ihave three of those engines one came in an A the other is in a Fork truck built by a place in Minn. The other engine came off a 55W baler in Colo. All three have the plate for the hy pump and the dipstick and place for the starter and oil guage moved as other post says.
