First thing to check is to see iffen the oil pick up tube to the PTO is getting clogged with gunk, or it can be the O ring on the oil pick up tube, or you can be low on Hy-tran, If it is cutting ok otherwise doesn't sound to me like clutches slipping. You don't hafta pull the PTO to check the oil pickup tube, what you do is remove the bracket that the top link hooks to and reach your arm in there to check, it is a little messy but easy to do. Another check is to put a gauge on the PTO to check the pressure.
