Hi Eric, there should be a serial number plate on the right side of the torque tube, between brake pedal and bell housing. Engine serial should be stamped on right side of block, to right and above oil filter by hydraulic pump. You can check serial numbers on this site by using Serial Number link in left pane. I looked on caseih.com parts and there was no parts online for B250 but B275 was online which should have the same starter. Starter 12V 704447R92 is obsolete and can been replaced by 704447R95, probably equivalent Delco Remy. I rebuild a similar starter for a B414 about 40 years ago, very simple starter, switch, brushes, bushings and drive gear.
BTW the other difference between B250 and B275, B275 had live PTO with 2 stage clutch and latter B275s had CAV fuel injection pump.
