Three things to do. Remove the bottom of the carb and remove the float and needle from the upper half. rub some fuel through the seat. Put it back together. This washes dirt out of the seat. Clean the points with 240 grit paper, then wipe them with a folded dollar bill. (no lint) Remove the plugsand squirt 2 squirts of engine oil into each cylinder for prelube, and assist with compression. Jim
