1948 C ? Push the clutch in fully, put in gear release clutch it will return to top position except for the last 1/2 inch of pedal. Tractor will not move. Start to tap pedal with foot and tractor starts to move. It will stop with clutch pushed in. Does it sound like a something needs readjusted? I use this tractor mainly for plowing snow in the winter. So in sets mostly in the summer months out doors. Any ideas. Thanks Ken P
