There is no high speed adjustment (unless this is a C set up for dual fuels), just a fixed size jet. You can make small changes by raising or lowering float level, however. Idle is adjusted with the screw with the spring around it going into the carb body; start at 1 1/2 turns open, screw it in until engine starts to slow down, then out until further opening has no effect on rpm.
