I bought a used International Industrial 2424, with Int. 2000 bucket. I can not get the 3 point to work. It is run off of the hydraulics. I took the cover off under the seat to look at it. There is a piston run by hydraulics, the piston inside the cylinder will not come forward to push up the 3 point. How do I get it to move forward? I did change "all new " fluid. Thanks
