None of that is factory. What you got from the factory in 1946 was an engine, four wheels, and a seat.
IH didn't put "2-point" (i.e. Fast Hitch) hitches on their tractors until 1953 or 1954, and then it was the Super C. M-size tractors didn't get Fast Hitch until 1955 on the Farmall 400. Factory 3-point hitch did not come along until 1963 on the '06 series.
Your cab could be an aftermarket cab, which would be rare, or it could be retrofitted from something else, or it could be homemade. If it is aftermarket, or the retrofit/homemade was done well, it can add some value. However, if it was cobbled together, you may as well take it off and scrap it.
The loader could be IH or it could be another brand. It would have been installed at the dealer or on the farm. IH didn't ship farm tractors with loaders from the factory AFAIK; it took up too much room on the train car. They could pack tractors on the cars like sardines with narrow front ends and no loaders.
