First check fuel flow out of the tank. Our 560 had fuel flow problems caused by a corn tassel in the outlet of the tank. Finally took the tank off & more than 1 tassel was in the tank. Younger brother was never too clean about refuelling when he used it on the picker. If you have good flow from the tank & not at the filter bleeds, you might have trouble at the hand priming pump. We had trouble with ours & just plumbed around it. You need a full tank of fuel to bleed out the filters now.
