Sure, but it might be a stretch for the C in certain conditions. The SC and later had a little bigger engine and should handle it as easily as an 8N Ford. Be sure to have an over run clutch on the PTO like you would the earlier Fords, and of course you will either need a pull type, or add on 3 point.
