460 Restoration tips needed!

I've got some questions about my 460 that I'm currently restoring. It's a 59 model gas with narrow front and no fast hitch. I haven't had much luck at all finding parts for this tractor. No decal sets are available that I can find. Also, a lot of what I would consider to be normal wear items are no longer available. A fuel sending unit for example is no longer available from Case IH. One question I have is what color is the dash panel supposed to be dark gray or flat black? Anything (and I do mean anything) that you can tell me is much appreciated. This is my first restoration.
