There are a primary and secondary idleports ar the spot where the throttle plate nearly touches. THere can bleed fuel into the system if the float level is too high. Float adjustment with it apart is a guess. Lower the level 1/8" at the point of the float farthest from the pivot. If this changes it you know you are on the right track. Is the fuel shutoff solenoid in place and working? they interact with the fuel flow and can cause grief. Jim
