$1000-$1200. That is what I'd give on a 63 year old fence row tractor. You will find problems that will need fixed to make it reliable. If you want to clean it up and go through it for your own use, not parades you can 2x-3x the above numbers. I believe good fronts are about 1 Ben Franklin now.
I recently bought a "running" Allis Chalmers 180 diesel (1968) for $2700. Rear tires, seat, fix leaks, gauges, hyd pump rebuild, inj pump rebuild, ect I have around $4000 into it and I have yet to start painting!
Good thing we do not do this to make a profit flipping tractors!
