464 Price!

Found this 464 that is real straight.. It is at a dealers though..And he is real proud of it!!! $5800 worth of pride!! I can't get this thing out of my head... Wondering what it would look like with a new paint job.. Paint is faded out right now.. I guess I am wanting someone to just twist my arm just a little bit... Don't pull my leg at the same time though!!! Is he about $1500 too high? I never looked at numbers on it, he said he thinks it is 74.... Any help?
