That sounds like it might be borderline on requiring a Commercial Drivers License. In Washington state that is 26,000 lb GVW. If you don't have a CDL and won't be using it for farm use, that may affect your decision. It sure did for me, I was looking at a 30000 GVW 1960 IH truck. Good looking truck, seemed like a good deal at $2200, but CDL scared me off.
