You have to reverse one wheel. The only other way to get them on a car trailer, etc is to use the rear cast centers off a 400/450 with double bevel rims -- so I have read. As to weight, I hauled about 5300 lbs of 350 with a 7000 lb GVW car trailer last week with my GMC half ton and an equalizing hitch. Maintained 65 mph for 100 miles, but I was probably about 500 lbs overweight, not too good of an idea. If I had a 3/4 ton and a goose neck, I don't think I would trade it for a bumper pull.
