I am trying to rehab an old sickle bar mower. I know its an IH and I think its a model 28 (fast hitch). Does anyone know how long the pitman arm is supposed to be?
I hear these things can be a pain to work on. Any suggestions?
One more thing. Other than getting the pitman arm length correct, how does one adjust the timing?
