I have a question, rather than an anwser. My fatther is looking for a 504. We have not found any that are not extremely pricey. I have located a 444, that is in good shape. It has 8700 hours on it. It has a smaller brush hog on back , full hydraulics and an adjustable wide front. The tractor has been maintenanced regularly and has not been abused. I have read that the 504 and the 444 have the same engine. Is this correct or not? If we can not find the 504, we might try to purchase the 444. What is a 444 worth? What years were they made? Are they reliable, what HP rating do they have? Any information would be appreciated. Thankyou
