I did that repair on my 140 last year... The pipe threads were shot. I went to the hardware store and bought a pipe to fit. (About 3 bucks) The threads were bad in the manifold too. The welding shop did a real nice job welding the pipe to the manifold (he used a torch, not arc). The muffler slips right on..the whole job was less than $15 dollars, and I didn't even need to buy no tools..george n
