Nobody wants to touch this post so I will give it a try. You have the optional (and I think quite rare) early disc brake setup that was offered by IH before the Super series production. These brakes were made for IH by a vendor and I can't remember their name. Justin (a frequent poster)knows and he just sold me a early disc brake setup for a H. It is still in the mail so I havn't seen it. Check the archives for a recent thread on this subject. Getting back to your problem. I think that a brake reliner could take your cores and reline them. All he would need to know is the thickness of the lining.
