Hello Mark. These tractors were fairly popular in the Netherlands, especially on dairy farms. Many were equipped with a belly mounted sickle mower.
I think the DED3 was one of a family of diesel tractors, probably the first diesel family built in Neuss, as Guy Fay correctly said.
