May be the o-ring on that plug between the valve, but if it has gradually gotten worse over period of time it is the flow divider and there is no o-ring on that valve. The spool is a replaceable part and they often wear out but the bore in the valve body may be worn also and probably would have to be rebuilt then. Some machine shops can do that but I don't know who they are and it would cost 4 or 5 hundred dollars to do so. I have replaced many spools over the years and usually takes care of problem.
