if its got the original single speed governor and not been updated to variable speed governor the throttle may not go to the gov but to carb. The throttle only goes to the gov if its variable speed gov.I've got a 34 W-30 with single speed gov I could get you some pics of but I do not know how similar it would be. A lot of them have been updated to variable speed and have all kinds of throttles put on them. A parts manual might show the linkages, but I don't know if it will have a pic of the whole setup like you are looking for.
