One that has sat for years like that will have a few problems. Sticking rings and or valves to fix fill the cylinders with ATF and walk away from it for a day or 2. Next problem which by the way will not be a bad condenser they do not go bad from just sitting but the points will need cleaned and or replaced. Also you will probably find the carb will need some TLC. But I know this stuff because 99% of the tractors I buy are dead fence row ones and some have had locked up engines and other odd problems but many have been driven off the trailer since a lot of times I fill the cylinders with ATF right after I load them so as to let it do its work on the ride home
