According to my service manual, they did come with an H.C. front axle. I don't think the two cast wheels are correct though, the book says one cast, and one stamped for weight balance. Meybe someone just needed a wheel and found a cast one...maybe they thought the cast would be heavier and give more traction. Who knows..did ya buy the 140..? I love mine, wish I had more of'em. gn
