If one o-ring is bad the rest aren't far from it. IMO, since you have to disassemble the engine, replace the pistons and sleeves, etc. I did that to my engine and had the crank checked, it was ok -- but yours may not be. If you do the assembly yourself the engine kit and machine work will run about $1000. I think o-rings are less than $10 apiece if you want the cheap way.
