I did mine a few months ago, I hope I don't leave anything out. Remove the cotter pin and nut from the shaft. Remove the 3 bearing retainer bolts and pull the shaft and the bearing out the back of the governor housing. I believe the shaft should press off the bearing, back to front. If that doesn't help, let me know. I don't have my engine back together yet and I can still look at the governor.
