Dan,
The lift-all was an option, but not a 3-point.
The lift-all could be gotten from almost any H that has one installed and there are aftermarket 3-point hitches available. I have one on my M that utilizes the lift-all and two cultivator cylinders mounted on etiher side of the platform. Looks sorta stock and works great (once you get used to non-live hydraulics!).
