The belt pulley, like everything else, was an option. If the pulley was not fitted there was a factory delete plate bolted on instead. Virtually none of the letter series tractors shipped to New Zealand during the 1939-1945 period had belt pulleys, lights or starters, though power-take-offs were generally fitted. Wheel weights seemed to be copied and cast locally, same shape as the IHC ones but no IHC parts numbers or symbols.
