to the experts -- in the case of an offset, 1st step should be to make sure the steering arm is in dead center 2nd- make sure each steering arm-to-steer spindle measurement is exactly the same 3rd-measure to the center of each tire, halfway up on the front tire front & back to give you where to measure the toe 4th THEN measure & set the toe ?
