460 sheet metal fastener question

I've never seen this type of setup, a large headed 1/4 bolt screws into a nut that cams into a spring clip holder thats atached with two small rivets. Now the bad news, only one nut is left. With two the front grill would mount easly, I could hold a nut behind the four on the side sheets. Anyone know where to get these?
What started this was I replaced the grill screen with 1/8 pitch hardware cloth, that turned out fine but like many jobs little things hold up progress.
PS the sweet six made the 60 mile round trip to the tractor show with no proablems, only 6 cylinder there.
