I don't think isolating the relief from the rest of the PS system is possible at all. It is a Cessna pump and the relief valve is built right in the pump itself. I don't know if it would work but my only thought is to remove all the internal relief valve parts and do the test with all the relief parts laying on the bench. But, I'm not sure if doing that would give me full pressure or no pressure. What do you think? Tod
