Thank you all for the good information and helping me understand this. We actually have 7 Planter/Side Dresser Units for the Super A-140 tractors, and we have about 5 complete Planter/Side Dresser Units for the Cub tractors plus many different hoppers and parts for them. Out of ALL of those planter units and hoppers (we have about 30 hoppers) we have YET to acquire ANY Seed Plates other than some cast iron ones that would still be attached to the hopper. I have never seen a Lustran Seed Plate personally. I am planning on picking out the best Planter Unit for a Super A and Cub to keep, and sell the remaining units. If I do so, I would like to be able to include some plates with it, and also have some plates for me to keep. I am just looking to purchase some good used/new plates that are "useable" and nothing that I wouldn't need. Because I would be purchasing between 40-50 plates, I'd like to find a good deal.
