Listen to what rustyfarmall says. Just because the compressor burned off the belt does not necessarily mean that it is what failed. If the idler bearing in the clutch fails it can cause the pulley to seize and the compressor may still be OK. You have not given us enough information for anyone here to give you an exact answer to what will be needed to make the repairs.
