I think you have a regular with some F-20 parts because, the stamped s/n on the frame is in the right location for the regular, you said it had a 3 speed, the regular does, the F-20 has a four speed. The engines are basically the same, so the 20 manifold, carb, and governor will fit (that's why your throttle is on the right side, and may I add works so much better). The front end probably has been changed, and don't necessarily go by the serial on the tool box, somone might have put on a 20 tool box through the years. The serial on the frame tells no lies.
