Dearborn 22-44 3pt woodsaw

I saw an ad for a "Dearborn 22-44 3pt woodsaw" the ad said it was belt driven and included the belt. Can I drive this saw off my '41 A? Anybody know anything about this saw? Is it free standing or does the "3pt" mean you attach it to a 3pt hitch (which my A doesn't have)? I have a pulley for my PTO to take a 6 inch flat belt. Thanks in advance.
