If it was close to me I would jump on it. One thing to check first is to see if there is anti-freeze in the oil, if so possible cracked head, if not it is probably something minor, worst case would be pump. Could be it just needs primed, loosen injector lines and pull it around to see if you get fuel to the injectors. Don't see that many 650's around anymore. Worst case you would always get your money back on salvage. caseman-d
