Nice find! When I bought my 10/20 it had been sitting outside forever and was stuck. I took out the plugs and sprayed penetrating oil in the cylinders and it eas free in 2 weeks of soaking! Probably has something to do with the exhaust running out down low and the rain can't get in em. good luck
