I have a replacement oil pressure gauge from Case-IH on my 1950 H. The gauge IS an IH item with the IH logo, but it is marked off in actual numbers, 0 to 75. A good, solid H engine will carry 75 pounds of oil pressure.
Your H is displaying some issues with the oil pump. Most likely the bottom cover plate is worn, or the gasket is blown out. The cover plate can be re-surfaced and the proper gasket is available from Case-IH. Take care of the oil pump issues and your tractor will once again have great oil pressure.
