I've never seen the style that Allen posted a picture of, but there were several different styles available. I don't think IH manufactured any of them. They were ALL made by aftermarket manufacturers, but you COULD purchase one from your IH dealer. The H that my dad owned had a totally different style that worked quite well. I've been intending to re-create one or two for my Hs.
