To effectively blow any amount of snow at all, the tractor needs to move at barely a crawl with the throttle wide open.
I'm talking a LITERAL crawl. About as fast as you can go on your hands and knees.
A Super C is pushing 2MPH in 1st gear with the throttle wide open. You'll go barreling into the snowbank and plug up the blower.
There's a video of a Super A with a mounted snowblower on Youtube. You should watch it to see what I mean. The guy is blowing a little powder off the ground and thinks he's doing a stroke! The thing goes like gangbusters... There is no way it would work in any appreciable amount of snow.
