My 400 has developed a small oil or hydraulic fluid leak. Not sure which since the hydraulic pump is between the block and distributor. The oil is comming out the distributor shaft (very little) but enough to drip now and then at the cap. The tach cable is leaking enough to be noticeable, the oil is being forced along it all the way to the fuel tank. Has anyone run into this problem before? I would like a little back ground on this since the service manual is a little vague.
